Suncha was founded on July 15th, 1995 by Chenglie Zheng.
On August 5th, 2021, our company was successfully listed on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 001211), becoming the first stock of bamboo industry in China.
As a leading brand of kitchenware and tableware in China, our company specialize in cutting boards, chopsticks, utensils, organizer, wheat straw cutlery dinnerware, with strong and steadily increasing processing strength. And our company is committed to technological innovation so we gained great progress in our production capacity. For example, the production capacity of chopsticks is 320 million pairs , cutting boards is more than 9.5 million, the cutting board is over 9.5 million, and the utensils are over 80 million pieces.
Suncha has more than 50% market share in more than 10,000 Chinese supermarkets. And the products of suncha have been exported to over 20 countries. Besides, we have 4 big manufacturing bases in Zhejiang province, which include over 1,000 employees.
After more than 20 years of development, Suncha has established an omni-channel marketing network with online and offline integration and domestic and overseas access, covering direct supermarkets, traditional department stores, e-commerce, foreign trade, customization and other businesses, forming a complete production, supply and marketing system.
We know that more and more countries restrict the use of plastics because of the pollution it will cause. While bamboo, as the main raw material of Suncha, is 100% Eco friendly. And we’ll never cut down bamboo at will, only those bamboos with over 500 meters altitude, a growth age of more than 4 years and the diameter of more than 9 inches will be used as the raw materials.
And how can the bamboo be fully utilized? We use the bottom part of the bamboo for bathroom racks or small furniture, middle part for cutting boards or organizer products, top part for skewers and other small gadgets. Do you think this is 100% use of this bamboo tube? No. In fact, during the process of production, a lot of bamboo fiber will be produced. So how should these bamboo fiber be used? Many suppliers usually ignore the bamboo fiber and burn it or throw it away. But in Suncha, bamboo fiber has two functions. First, bamboo fiber can be added to injection products and make the product degradable to some extent. Second, bamboo fiber can also help us save energy. How? We invested 1.5 million USD to build a bamboo fiber Eco system. Besides, Suncha also adopts solar panels to save energy.
