According to the calculation, we can produce about 600 thousand square meters cutting board /500 million pairs of bamboo chopsticks/ 1000 tons of toothpicks/1800 million pieces of cotton swabs every year. Normally, we can deliver the goods in 45 days. But the exact leading time is according to the QTY of your formal order and the date when you pay the deposit.

We have 36 quality inspectors in QC team to inspect raw material and double inspect the finished products. Besides, we have food grade test certificate for every category.
IQC_IPQC_FQC & OQC. Suncha has its own QC team with 40 workers to conduct the material and production inspections. In addition, our customers will also arrange the 3rd party QC to inspect the goods.
Of course we have.
(1) All the material is placed away from the wall and the floor.
(2) We have bamboo drying system, bamboo carbonized system and wood drying rooms to keep the moisture inside the material 8%-13% to prevent them from getting mold.
(3) We have appropriate humidify tool and fixed with thermometer hygrometer. If Over, will open window for ventilation, while if Lower, we will close window reduces humidity enter into warehouse, put on pallet not direct onto floor, Not pile more than 6 stacks.
(4) Never put the master carton near the floor. (5) Will put the anti-micro pack in the carton and the containers.

Usually our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance against receving the copy of BL. If you have your own payment method requirements, please feel free to let us know so that we could make a comprehensive assessment.
For regular bamboo and wood products, sample lead time is about 7 working days. For mixed material including marble and ceramic, the sample lead time will be about 20 working days since we need out source the marble and ceramic.
It depends on the specific product. For example, for chopping boards, our MOQ is 1,000 pieces, and for products such as utensils, our MOQ is 5,000 pieces. If you can't reach the MOQ, $5000 MOA is also acceptable.
